1. Service Overview

VideoToScreenshots is a browser-based tool that allows you to extract screenshots from videos. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.

Specific features, pricing, and usage limits for each plan are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.

All video processing happens entirely in your browser using modern web technologies. Your videos and screenshots never leave your device - we do not upload, store, or transmit them to any servers.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

2.1 Paid Subscriptions:

• Subscription pricing and billing frequency are displayed at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will only apply to new subscribers. Existing subscribers will continue to pay their original subscription price as long as they maintain an active subscription without cancellation.
• If you cancel your subscription and later re-subscribe, you will be charged the current pricing at that time.
• Payment information is required at signup.

2.2 Auto-Renewal:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access until then.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrades, downgrades, or unused periods with an active subscription. However:

• Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@videotoscreenshots.com within 7 days.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred through your account.

5. Account and Authentication

We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to misuse our service, including but not limited to:

• Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt our service.
• Sharing your paid account credentials with others.
• Circumventing usage limits or payment requirements.
• Violating any laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication: For secure user account management.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing (see Section 4).
• Google Analytics: For anonymous usage analytics to help us understand which features are popular and improve the product.

These services have their own terms, which you agree to by using our service. Note that we only collect anonymous usage data - we never track what files you process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VideoToScreenshots are owned by Belikely United LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your videos and screenshots. We claim no ownership over your content.

9. Limitation of Liability

VideoToScreenshots is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues arising from your use of our service.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to paid features will be immediately revoked.
• No refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
• You may lose access to any data associated with your account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the service. The updated effective date will be posted at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
